We have Balanced Body wunda chairs, reformers, springboards as well as a variety of other effective tools to maximize your Core experience.

Our Pilates-certified instructors all have comprehensive Pilates training, which includes more than 500 hours of learning and experience. Expect to work with friendly, attentive and knowledgeable instructors who are receptive to your needs, and care about you and your experience.
