CORE MAMA: PRIVATES

If you are prenatal and new to Pilates, we recommend that you take at least one private session before jumping into group classes. This is to ensure your safety and that you feel supported and encouraged in the main studio. 

In general, private sessions are the best way to deepen connections within your own body and benefit further from the Pilates practice. 

Whether you are prenatal or postpartum, we are here to help you feel safe, supported and resilient as you move through this incredible journey. Our Pilates-based programs for expecting and new moms are highly adaptable and low impact. Your Pilates sessions can be modified by your expert instructor to meet your needs and in accordance with your trimester. 

All Align, Control and Restore classes are prenatal and postpartum friendly.
